- No Overseas Outsourcing – Saul SMSF Group will not transfer personal or client information overseas if you specifically request that no outsourcing or resourcing occur, either by the SMSF Trustee clients or the representing firm.
7. Incomplete Information and Reporting Suspected Contraventions
In the course of conducting an independent SMSF audit, we may be obligated to report any suspected contraventions of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 (SIS Act) and its associated Regulations to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). This may include submitting an Audit Contravention Report, even if the information received is incomplete.

The Saul SMSF Group has implemented security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of personal information under its control.

All employees and consultants of Saul SMSF Group are required to sign an agreement that mandates the confidentiality of your personal information. They are prohibited from disclosing such information to any third party, except as necessary to perform the services contracted or agreed upon, and only with your explicit consent.
9. Complaints Resolution
